Oracle: customer-engagement

For Oracle Netherlands it is essential to have a good image with its major customers and an insight into the actual ‘value to the customer’. Recording ‘learnings’ and ‘successes’ for each client in a customer story deepens the customer value for sales staff. The customer’s story is told on the basis of a storyframe. An abstract market of customers was translated in this way into recognisable customer personas. Using customer stories in storytelling workshops helped to create a much more human customer perception internally.
